If you're applying artist grade pencils, and you're not website knowledgeable artist, I wouldn't stress about lightfastness. Because colored pencils use pigments (rather than dyes which fade more quickly), artist quality colored pencils will likely be sufficiently fade-resistant for some artists, particularly if you propose to digitize your artwork
